Does it work with my supplier specifically?
If your supplier sends and receives order information by email, yes. We configure the automation specifically around your supplier's email address and the format of their confirmation emails. It's built custom for you.
What if I have more than one supplier?
We can set up the automation for multiple suppliers. Get in touch and we'll quote accordingly.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None. We handle the entire setup. You need a Shopify store and an email inbox — that's it.
Will there be ongoing costs?
The automation runs on Make.com. For most store volumes the free tier is sufficient — so no extra costs. We'll let you know if your order volume requires a paid plan.
What if something breaks after setup?
30 days of support is included. If the automation stops working for any reason in that period, we fix it free of charge.
